Credent Homes’ six-step turnkey process guides you seamlessly from initial vision to move-in, creating a personalized custom home experience built on clarity, confidence, and exceptional quality.

Initial Client Meeting

Meet with the company owners to discuss vour vision, lifestyle needs and goals. Get a general overview of our process and determine if the team is a good fit.

Design Phase

An in-person meeting with our draftsman and design team kicks off the design of your custom home, followed by a site visit and plan revisions completed via Zoom or in person.

Bidding & Contract

With the plan and design style finalized, your home is bid to determine pricing and the contract type best suited to you. We can also introduce you to local financing partners.

Selections Process

After contract, our designer will set selections meetings to make formal decisions on your home using guided timelines to keep your project on track.

Construction Phase

Clients have a dedicated online portal for communication and progress updates, along with on-site walkthroughs at key milestones to ensure no details are missed.

Closing & Move-in

Walk with the team to review warranty details, homeowner guidelines and any final touch ups. Keys are handed over and you move in!
